Job summary

Amentum seeks a dynamic Innovation & Experimentation Coordinator at Fort Shafter, Hawaii, to support Theater Army modernization by managing a process-oriented program under USARPAC Concepts Directorate.

You will aid senior decision-makers with strategic planning, briefings, and formal papers; research technologies and approaches to close gaps, and help chart experiment focus areas and integration across exercises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years combined military operations, capability development, or policy experience.
• 3+ years at a Combatant Command or Service Component HQ.

Responsibilities

• Aid senior-level strategic planning and briefings for USARPAC senior leaders.
• Coordinate technologies with mission partners to align experiment activities within USARPAC exercise series.
• Execute the Pacific Innovation & Persistent Experimentation LINEup (PIPELINE).
