Job summary

MANTECH seeks motivated, career- and customer-oriented Regional Coordinator Planners to join our team in Oahu Hawaii. The role entails directing logistical functions, resource distribution, and supply chain management across regional operations.

The position offers multiple seniority levels with a focus on quality gate oversight, SOP adherence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure theaterwide readiness. Active security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, or related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (senior level)
• Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical logistics protocols
• Demonstrated ability to draft technical logistics documentation and follow established SOPs
• PMP certification or related field preferred
• JTDC operations experience preferred
• MIL-STD logistics knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs the logistical functions of organizational units, overseeing resource distribution and supply chain management.
• Monitor the performance of logistics systems and implement policies to achieve operational goals for asset allocation.
• Oversee the documentation of logistical activities and prepare detailed Technical Reports for senior executive review.
• Manage execution of logistics planning tasks for theater distribution analysis in the Pacific AOR.
• Evaluate regional Logistics Status Reports to prioritize resource movements and infrastructure reliability.
• Lead cross-functional Planning Teams to resolve bottlenecks affecting theaterwide readiness.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
