Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Commercial Logistics Planner to join our team in Oahu, HI. You will serve as the final logistics authority, guiding planning across the task order lifecycle and aligning operations with DoD policies.

You will lead, mentor, and collaborate with program managers to drive data-driven decisions, optimize regional resources, and coordinate enterprise-level logistics frameworks in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant discipline or related field.
• 12+ years of position-relevant experience.
• MA/MS in a relevant discipline or related field.
• 15+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as final technical authority for planning, coordinating, and synchronizing commercial logistics across the task order lifecycle.
• Provide strategic leadership, guidance, and mentoring to planning personnel; collaborate to drive data-driven decisions.
• Authorize enterprise-level logistics frameworks supporting supply chain, transport, distribution, and maintenance per DoD policies.
• Direct strategic integration of commercial logistics across distributed and contested environments within USINDOPACOM AOR.
• Authorize COAs for steady-state and contingency profiles and approve theater movement control strategies.
