Job summary

CloudTen Residential in the Portland metro region seeks a Senior Regional Real Estate Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties. You will lead regional teams, manage client relationships, and drive financial performance aligned with investment goals.

Responsibilities include budgeting, market planning, property inspections, and public-facing leadership. A Real Estate license is preferred; five years of experience and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this role,

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate license preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or related coursework.
• Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong financial analysis of property reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple properties in portfolio.
• Provide leadership and mentorship across regional teams.
• Lead recruitment and performance evaluations.
• Develop strategic plans to maximize portfolio performance.
• Prepare and manage property budgets and financial reporting.
• Maintain client relations and drive marketing for occupancy.
• Ensure regulatory and company policy compliance.
