Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve area revenue goals and drive growth and market share in the region.
• Lead a cross-functional customer-facing team including sales reps, key account managers, and regional directors.
• Coach and develop team members and foster a One Team mindset.
• Understand markets, business models, priorities, and financial drivers; engage in local and national healthcare issues.
• Define regional strategy with HQ; manage Oncology and Hematology brands and allocate resources for impact.
• Direct local P&L; monitor monthly financials and allocate budgets for marketing and engagement initiatives.
• Build long-term relationships with influential customers and communicate value propositions.
• Maintain timely communications with reports and stakeholders.
• Lead national initiatives with VP of Sales and cross-functional teams; support product launches and learning programs.
• Coordinate specialized support resources (FRMs, RADs, ONEs, ORMs) across area units.
• Chair or participate in operational committees and workstreams to align field deployment strategies.
