Job summary

Caesarstone, Ltd. is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest, focusing on Seattle or Portland metro areas.

You will cultivate relationships with fabricators, Big Box managers, and designers to expand Caesarstone’s market share in your territory. Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will develop sales plans, manage leads, and drive product knowledge sessions while leveraging CRM tools to track activity and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of successful sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in building materials or design industries is valuable.
• Ability to travel in the Pacific Northwest and work nights/weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing customer relationships, develop new relationships, and network to grow market share with accounts of all sizes.
• Develop and execute comprehensive customer/sales plans to drive business growth.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Manage projects in the pipeline through quality checks and follow-up.
• Monitor merchandising materials and samples for assigned customers to support the brand.
