Job summary

Intralox, L.L.C. is seeking an Account Manager to drive plant-level sales for the Fruit/Vegetable/Dairy & Ready Meals team.

You will develop strategies, visit sites, and cultivate relationships within the Washington, Oregon, and British Columbia territory, with potential candidates residing in the Pacific Northwest or nearby regions. The role emphasizes strategic account development, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong customer-centric approach to expand partnerships and drive sustained

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, preferably with Engineering, Agribusiness, Industrial Distribution, or Sales courses.
Minimum of 3 years in industrial B2B sales or engineering roles.
Exceptional communicator with a strong passion for continuous learning.
Strong technical affinity and a hands-on, self-managed approach.
Willing and flexible to travel extensively (approximately three days per week including 2-3 overnight hotel stays).

Responsibilities

Strategize and execute plant-level sales to advance the institutional sales process.
Develop and nurture customer relationships across accounts.
Regularly visit customer sites to understand production realities and opportunities to add value.
Identify and pursue Win/Win sales opportunities and document required resources.
Collaborate with team resources to achieve sales goals.
Provide market insights and reporting to inform strategy and decisions.
Participate in mandatory team and company gatherings.
Demonstrate self-management in fulfilling responsibilities.
