Job summary

Geberit North America is seeking a Pacific–Mountain Region Sales Manager to drive growth across the western U.S. and Canada by managing independent reps, developing regional strategies, and strengthening relationships with architects, contractors, and distributors.

You will lead sales execution, guide market coverage, and educate stakeholders on Geberit solutions while coordinating with showrooms and builders for project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of Building Products Channel experience.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience managing independent sales agencies or rep organizations.
• Ability to sell, train on, and support specialized building products.
• Working knowledge of the sales process and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Own regional sales execution by developing regional plans, budgets, and growth initiatives.
• Plan regional activity, prioritize opportunities, and make decisions with limited supervision.
• Develop outreach plans for showrooms, builders, designers, architects, and distributors.
• Monitor sales performance and drive corrective action with agents and partners.
• Lead independent sales representatives to achieve regional goals and market coverage.
• Coach agents on product applications, positioning, and channel engagement.
• Coordinate joint calls, market visits, and project reviews with agents.
