Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for pacemaker implantation by explaining the procedure and answering questions.
• Assist the physician during pacemaker implantation.
• Program the pacemaker and adjust settings as needed.
• Monitor patients post-implantation for device function and potential complications.
• Educate patients on pacemaker care and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair pacemakers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of implantation and management.
