Franciscan Alliance is seeking a PACE Vendor Liaison to manage the contracted vendor network, oversee onboarding, education, and compliance across multiple centers in Indiana. This role collaborates with clinical, quality, compliance, and operational teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities include performance reviews, risk identification, and continuous improvement of vendor relationships, with travel to centers as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare operations, vendor management, or related field.
• Experience with regulated healthcare environments and vendor oversight.

Responsabilités

• Lead vendor onboarding, education, and compliance monitoring.
• Administer vendor performance scorecards and review meetings.
• Coordinate vendor governance and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Drive corrective actions and improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
