San Ysidro Health in the United States is seeking a QAPI Analyst to support CMS and DHCS regulatory compliance, data collection, and performance improvement across the SD PACE program. The role involves coordinating with the IDT and Center Manager to document at-risk performance and to develop program-wide measures.

Responsibilities include data management, quarterly HPMS entries, and preparing reports for CMS/state audits while driving QAPI projects through Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles and staff

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with documentation experience.
• Ability to listen actively and train/teach staff in quality improvement activities.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting in healthcare settings.
