Qualifications

• Current licensure by the State of Virginia as a Physician Assistant with ACLS (required only for LFM).
• Experienced providers in palliative, hospice, primary care, or long-term care are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Work with a dedicated interdisciplinary team including providers, support staff, physical and occupational therapists.
• See 5 patients per day and build meaningful relationships with our elderly population.
• Call is once every 7 weeks with no out-of-home calls required.

Doctoral degree from an accredited Physician Assistant School
