Centra Health in Farmville, Virginia, is looking for a Physician Assistant to join their PACE program, focusing on elderly care. • See 5 patients per day and build meaningful relationships with our elderly population.
• Call is once every 7 weeks with no out-of-home calls required.

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; no weekends or holidays.
• Work with a dedicated interdisciplinary team—including providers, support staff, physical therapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and social workers.
• See 5 patients per day—small volume.
• Call is once every 7 weeks, 5 pm – 8 am; triaged before reaching you, no out-of‑home calls.
• Build meaningful relationships with our elderly population.

Required Qualifications
