NeighborHealth is seeking a PACE Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to older adults with complex medical needs enrolled in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours/week) and opportunities to care across clinic, home, assisted living, and nursing facilities with an interdisciplinary team.
Compensation ranges from $229,200 to $271,200 annually, and you may qualify for federal and state loan repayment programs.

Physicians benefit from a predictable schedule, interdisciplinary team-based care, and the opportunity to deliver primary care services across PACE clinics, at home, assisted living, and nursing facilities.
Salary range: $229,200 to $271,200 based on experience. Physicians may also be eligible for federal and state loan repayment programs.
