Job summary

NeighborHealth is seeking a PACE Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to older adults with complex medical needs enrolled in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours/week) and opportunities to care across clinic, home, assisted living, and nursing facilities with an interdisciplinary team.

Compensation ranges from $229,200 to $271,200 annually, and you may qualify for federal and state loan repayment programs.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Geriatrics certification preferred but not required.
• Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to frail participants enrolled in the PACE program across clinic, home, assisted living, and nursing facilities.
• Care delivered across settings is provided in concert with an interdisciplinary care team of health professionals.
• Use the EPIC electronic medical record system to document and coordinate care.
• Maintain a predictable 40-hour work week with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Position Summary

NeighborHealth is seeking a PACE Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to older adults with complex medical and functional needs enrolled in our nationally recognized Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Physicians benefit from a predictable schedule, interdisciplinary team-based care, and the opportunity to deliver primary care services across PACE clinics, at home, assisted living, and nursing facilities.

Salary range: $229,200 to $271,200 based on experience. Physicians may also be eligible for federal and state loan repayment programs.

What You’ll Do

• Monday through Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
• Provide primary care services to frail participants enrolled in the PACE program.
• Care delivered across clinic, home, assisted living, and nursing facilities.
• Care in all settings is provided in concert with an interdisciplinary care team of health professionals in a progressive health care organization.
• EPIC electronic medical record.
• Established, nationally recognized PACE program with 35+ years of history.

What You’ll Bring
