United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley is hiring a Full Time Outreach Specialist to advance enrollment in the PACE Program and lead community awareness efforts. This role reports to the PACE Program Director and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to optimize enrollee census.

The position emphasizes marketing, outreach events, and coordination with providers, caregivers, and community leaders to raise knowledge of PACE services and support enrollment growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years in community outreach, marketing, education, and customer service preferred.
• Current BLS CPR certification and valid Driver's License are required.

Responsabilités

• Develops and executes annual marketing plans to meet enrollment goals.
• Coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns for the PACE Program.
• Explain enrollment process to prospective participants and assist with intake.
