VALIR PACE LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist to deliver mental health services within our PACE program. You will participate in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and provide therapeutic services as part of an interdisciplinary team.

The role focuses on helping participants maintain independence and quality of life while addressing mental health needs in a compassionate, community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• Active and valid licenses in state of employment: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services, preferably with older adults or underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services including counseling and support to PACE participants.
• Engage in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and provision of therapeutic services as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
• Help participants maintain independence and quality of life by addressing mental health concerns.
