Pace KC Enrollment Specialist is the first point of contact for prospective participants and families. You will guide enrollment steps and explain PACE services with compassion, documenting interactions in electronic systems and coordinating with referral partners.
You will join a multidisciplinary team to promote the organization’s mission, values, and approach to elder care within Missouri communities. Strong communication and culturally sensitive engagement are essential.
As an Enrollment Specialist for PACE KC, you will be part of a team of caregivers to provide care for the people who need it most. The Enrollment Specialist obtains initial information relating to potential enrollment, coordinates the intake process, and provides information and referrals to community agencies as appropriate. The Enrollment Specialist promotes PACE KC philosophy and PACE KC mission and values to the public, prospective participants, referral resources, and any other interested parties. You will also oversee the enrollment process of prospective participants through the level of care process as determined by the State of Missouri.
