Job summary

Cross Country Search is seeking an Enrollment Specialist for an onsite role in Springfield, MA. Under the direction of the PACE Director, you will inform interested persons about the PACE Program and assist the potential participant and PACE staff in the enrollment process.

Key duties include following up with facilities for medical records, answering eligibility inquiries, meeting applicants at their home to explain enrollment steps, obtaining signed releases, and coordinating tours of the PACE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Meet with interested parties to explain all elements of the PACE program and enrollment process.
• Obtain signatures on release forms and communicate between participants, families and PACE staff.
• Schedule and provide tours of the PACE center and introduce staff to participants.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year depending on experience

Job Summary

Under the direction of the PACE Director the Enrollment Specialist is responsible for informing interested persons about the PACE Program; assisting the potential participant and PACE staff in the enrollment process.

Essential Job Functions

• Understand PACE and Assist in the Enrollment Program Process
• Fax, contact, and follow-up with medical facilities for medical records
• Answer phone inquiries regarding PACE eligibility and the PACE program.
• Assist in meeting with interested parties in the potential participant’s home to explain all elements of the PACE program and the Insurance Enrollment Process.
• Obtain the participant’s signature on Release of Medical Records, Permission to Share Information and other release forms necessary to complete the process of enrollment. Communicating between the potential participant, families and PACE staff throughout the enrollment process.
• Schedule and be able to provide the potential participant with a tour of PACE center, introduce the potential participant to the staff, and accompany potential participant throughout the visit.

Education/Certification

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
