Job summary

VALIR PACE LLC is seeking a Dietary Lead to oversee daily kitchen and dining operations, ensuring safe, efficient meal production aligned with dietitian-approved menus and regulatory standards.

You will coordinate workflow, ordering, and sanitation while maintaining a positive dining experience for participants, under the direction of the Registered Dietitian/Food and Nutrition Manager. Candidates should hold a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a Food Handlers Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the kitchen and dining service to ensure safe, efficient and compliant food production and meal service.
• Coordinate kitchen workflow, food ordering, meal preparation, sanitation practices and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure meals are prepared according to dietitian-approved menus and organizational policies; promote a positive dining experience for participants.
