Job summary

Providence PACE Oregon is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance, audit readiness, monitoring, reporting, and corrective action activities for the PACE program. The role partners with executive, compliance, operational, and clinical leaders to identify and mitigate risk and sustain readiness for CMS and state oversight.

You will provide guidance, validate submissions and audit data, and communicate performance to leadership, QAPI structures, and the governing body,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6 years progressive healthcare compliance, privacy, regulatory, quality, or audit experience.
• 4 years leadership experience or equivalent.
• Driving is required; valid license and auto insurance may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance for the PACE program and align with 42 CFR Part 460.
• Coordinate audits, monitoring, reporting, and corrective action activities.
• Partner with executives, compliance, operational, and clinical leaders to mitigate risk and sustain readiness for CMS and state oversight.
• Validate regulatory submissions and audit data; communicate performance to leadership, QAPI structures, and governing body.
