Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington State is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. You will supervise clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality patient-centered care in collaboration with the Clinic Manager and Medical Director.

Candidate must have active RN license in WA, ambulatory care supervisory experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington State (LPNs considered with equivalent experience).
• Ambulatory care and supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR required (or within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and evaluate nursing staff, medical assistants, and ancillary care team members.
• Ensure compliance with clinical quality measures, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Support provider productivity (18-21 patients per provider per day).
• Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, patient flow, and care coordination.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and lead quality improvement efforts.
• Manage patient concerns and promote exceptional customer service using the AIDET model.
