MultiCare is seeking an RN Clinic Manager II to oversee one or more clinic locations, ensuring high-quality patient care and broad access beyond urban areas. You will lead patient experience improvements, manage clinic operations and finance, and partner with leadership to engage staff and providers.

The role requires Washington RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and 4+ years in a related field with 2+ years in supervision. Travel to clinics is expected.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse license in Washington State (or MLS)
• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• BLS/ACLS certification valid.
• 4+ years in a professional/technical role.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/lead capacity.
