Job summary

Los Angeles Jewish Health in Redondo Beach seeks a Clinic Assistant for the Brandman Centers for Senior Care (PACE). This full-time role, Monday–Friday, supports front desk operations, coordinates home care services and EMR entries to ensure quality participant care.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, CPR/BLS and first aid certs, and at least one year of experience with seniors. Join us for stable employment and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• CPR (BLS) and first aid certification required.
• TB screening and health examination by a healthcare provider required for employment.
• Valid California driver’s license required.
• Experience with the frail or elderly preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced clinic or physician’s office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides Clinic front desk coverage: answers phones promptly and politely.
• Coordinates faxing of documents, triages phone calls, and assists with rooming participants.
• Assists RN clinic supervisor as needed and provides support to clinic staff.
• Orders all supplies for the Clinic and home care and assists with stocking.
• Reviews pre-op checklist for completion and coordinates home care services.
• Coordinates and authorizes home care hours, DME and supplies with participant/family.
• Delivers services in the EMR and documents interactions and ordered services.
• Participates in Interdisciplinary Team meetings and quality assurance activities.
