Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• CPR (BLS) and first aid training completed.
• TB screening and health examination required for employment.
• Valid California driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides Clinic front desk coverage: answers phones promptly and politely.
• Coordinates faxing of documents, triages phone calls appropriately, assists with rooming participants.
• Assists RN clinic supervisor as needed and provides support to clinic staff/coordinator.
• Orders all supplies for the Clinic and for home care; maintains supplies.
• Reviews pre-op checklist and coordinates home care services and hours with participants and families.
• Documents interactions and ordered services in the EMR; participates in Interdisciplinary Team meetings.
