Job summary

Golden Valley Health Centers seeks a Central Valley PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Director of Center Operations to manage operational aspects for regional PACE centers and ACS sites, driving access, service quality, and cost efficiency. This role trains staff across multiple IDTs and partners with PACE leadership to align resources and performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate RN with current CA license and BLS CPR required.
• Five or more years supervising licensed staff in healthcare settings.
• Masters degree preferred; strong leadership and data skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational aspects for one regional PACE center and ACS sites.
• Lead collaboration with PACE IDTs to ensure quality, access and cost targets.
• Monitor budgets, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Provide direct supervision to Center, ACS and Support Services managers.
• Act as liaison between center, ACSs, support services and leadership.
• Travel to multiple sites as required.
