Job summary

J Street invites applications for a PAC Manager/Senior Political Associate position based in Washington, DC. The role focuses on fundraising programs, donor engagement, and expanding JStreetPAC’s influence in federal campaigns with a proactive, strategic approach.

The candidate will nurture relationships with donors, campaigns, and congressional staff while collaborating with the public affairs team to advance our pro-Israel, pro-peace mission. 2–3 cycles of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 cycles of political, campaign, advocacy, or fundraising experience.
• Strong familiarity with federal campaigns and fundraising dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple donor relationships with precision and attention to detail.
• Experience using spreadsheets and CRM systems like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Steward high- and medium-dollar fundraising programs.
• Manage JStreetPAC's national events calendar and the national conduit fundraising portfolio.
• Maintain trackers of fundraising and giving progress in spreadsheets and Salesforce.
• Grow J Street's political communication program.
• Serve as a go-to resource for internal and external stakeholders on PAC work.
• Contribute to strategic political planning as a member of the public affairs team.
• Support the National Political Director and VP on key priorities including conventions and outreach.
