Job summary

Northeast Grocery in New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated Front End/Scanning Associate to help maintain scanning file integrity and deliver fast, friendly customer service. You will act as a liaison between the store and the Scanning Department and assist with store computer tasks as directed by Help Desk.

The role emphasizes 5S standards, price accuracy, and timely communication of changes to departments. You will also support back-up Front End duties and ensure shelves and signs remain current.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years related experience preferred.
• Basic Literacy and Basic Computer Skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain scanning file integrity to support Front End accuracy and customer service.
• Act as liaison between store and Scanning Department.
• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service.
• Verify price accuracy and shelf tag visibility.
• Communicate changes to store departments and the Scanning Department.
• Maintain 5S organized workstation and daily/weekly tag updates.
• Order and hang shelf tags as needed.
• Support Front End operations as backup.
