Qualifications

• Undergraduate/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Workday, and Fiori.
• Familiarity with U.S. political contribution regulations and corporate compliance standards.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex, confidential data.

Responsibilities

• PAC & Corporate Contributions Management including checks and 527 compliance.
• Maintain records and approvals for PAC checks and budgets.
• Manage Positive Pay and banking oversight across multiple accounts.
• Coordinate with Disbursements in Cork, Ireland for check issuance.
• Prepare political contribution reporting for regulatory filings and internal reports.
• Review vendor contracts and coordinate with Procurement on renewals.
