Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, finance, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills using Excel are essential.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in real estate databases and market research tools.
• Familiarity with the Western Cape property market dynamics is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling for potential real estate investments, including DCF, IRR, and ROI calculations.
• Perform comprehensive market research to identify investment trends, opportunities, and risks in target markets, including Paarl.
• Assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, reviewing financial statements, legal documents, and property data.
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums and presentations for the investment committee.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of existing investments within the portfolio.
• Stay current with economic conditions, capital markets, and industry news relevant to real estate investment.
