North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University is seeking a Program Director for the new Physician Assistant program. The Director will be responsible for managing the program, including curriculum oversight and accreditation compliance.

This role includes administrative responsibilities and a 12-month tenure-track faculty position. The candidate must have a Master’s degree or higher and relevant experience in healthcare and education.

Qualifications

• Current NCCPA certification and eligibility for physician-assistant license in NC required.
• Three years of full-time higher education experience and healthcare experience required.
• Commitment to inclusive education and developing cultural competencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum for Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Manage fiscal responsibilities of the PA Program.
• Coordinate program assessment and maintain ARC-PA accreditation.
