Wabash Community Health Center in Mt. Carmel, IL is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join the Lawrenceville Medical Clinic team. You will perform in-office histories, exams, diagnoses, and treatments under supervisory agreement with a physician.

The role requires IL licensure as APRN/PA, current CPR, and ability to manage care plans, order tests, and educate patients. Prior clinical experience and pediatric approvals strengthen candidacy; on-site, full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Licensed APRN/PA in Illinois with current registration.
• Current DEA certificate for practice.
• CPR certification is required.
• PALS for pediatric patients is required.
• ACLS training is preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited university is required.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive and problem-focused histories and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in collaboration with supervising physician.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and radiographic studies.
• Provide patient education, counseling, and referrals as needed.
• Manage the medical plan of care per clinic protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate medical records and required documentation and reports.
• Coordinate referrals and coordinate with the healthcare team for ongoing care.

Formation

Licensed APRN/PA in Illinois

DEA registration

CPR certification

PALS for pediatric patients

ACLS training (preferred)

Graduate of an accredited university
