Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing desired.
• Minimum 5 years of psychiatric clinical experience including 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursing staff across behavioral health services.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, risk management and infection control.
• Develop staff through in-service training and professional development.
• Oversee patient care quality and cost containment in the department.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership on program goals and policies.
• Support clinical supervision and hospital-wide committees.
