The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, with emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.

Qualifications

• Must hold Michigan licensure as a Physician Assistant and applicable certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians.
• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Manage preventive care, chronic disease, and acute illnesses.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics within scope.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications as allowed.
• Maintain EHR documentation and participate in quality initiatives.
• Support care coordination and referrals.
