• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including exams and preventive care.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order, perform, and interpret labs and diagnostic tests.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications within scope.
• Perform minor office procedures as appropriate.
• Educate patients on medications, plans, and healthy lifestyles.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other professionals; manage referrals and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR; support quality initiatives and rural clinic compliance.
