Infinity Natural Resources is seeking a Construction Foreman to oversee the construction of well pads, access roads, water lines, and other civil infrastructure projects in Pennsylvania. This field-based role requires ensuring work is safe, compliant with project specifications, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

You will inspect work, document deviations, coordinate with contractors, maintain records, and manage cost tracking using SiteView.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or technical certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/inspection within oil and gas.
• Knowledge of construction processes for well pads, access roads, water lines, and related infrastructure.
• Understanding of building codes and regulatory requirements in oil and gas construction.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document defects and deviations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; travel to multiple sites as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily field construction activities for well pads, access roads, water lines, and other civil projects according to plans and specifications.
• Inspect work for quality and code compliance; enforce safety and environmental standards.
• Document deviations, safety concerns, and environmental issues; recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records, photos, and reports for audits.
• Use SiteView to enter weekly cost estimates and monitor budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors to review invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders; provide project updates.
• Attend meetings and communicate progress, risks, and action items.
• Build relationships with landowners, authorities, and agencies; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain driving record and adhere to company driving safety standards.
