Job summary

Palms Medical Group seeks a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our primary care team in North Florida. You will collaborate with a supervising physician to deliver patient-centered care across all ages, develop treatment plans, and manage preventive services while documenting thoroughly in the electronic health record.

Expect involvement in community health initiatives and possible after-hours coverage. The ideal candidate is organized, a self-starter, and comfortable working independently

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited two-year Physician Assistant program.
• Current and valid Florida PA license; PA-C status preferred.
• Maintain BLS certification and ongoing credentialing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to document in EHR.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in collaboration with supervising physician.
• Deliver primary care, health promotion and disease prevention across lifespan.
• Develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications under physician supervision and scope of practice.
• Enter and maintain accurate electronic health records per PMG policies.
• Participate in QA/QI activities and community health programs.
• Be available for after-hours coverage and extended hours as needed.
