Job summary

Enterris Associates, a trusted California consulting firm, seeks an Associate Scheduler to lead Primavera P6 baseline schedules for school construction projects. You will identify missing scope, analyze the critical path, and document findings using client templates.

The role requires 3 years of scheduling experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office. Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork are essential in a dynamic project

Qualifications

• Three years full-time scheduling experience, preferably on public works or school projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and contract specs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Create Contractor P6 baseline schedules and identify missing scope or milestones.
• Review contractor P6 monthly updates and document slippage and analysis.
• Create filters, layouts, and bar charts in P6 to assist analysis.
• Perform QA/QC on schedules for conformance with contract scope.
• Ensure use of standard codes, layouts, and reports for data integrity.
• Create Earned Value curves per EVA templates.
• Prepare reports and support scheduling management.
