Job summary

OpenAI, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Transformation Lead, Procure-to-Pay to own the end-to-end P2P platform across direct and indirect procurement, invoicing, and cash management.

You will design, configure, and integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Payables, Zip, and connected enterprise apps, partnering with Procurement, AP, Tax, Treasury, and Engineering. You should bring 10+ years of P2P transformation experience, strong Oracle experience, and an AI-first mindset to automate

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise P2P systems with hands-on delivery and production ownership.
• Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Payables experience.
• Experience with Zip or similar procurement intake platforms.
• Experience delivering cross-functional P2P implementations across apps and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with OpenAI integration framework, REST APIs, events, data mapping.
• Knowledge of AP accounting, accruals, intercompany, multicurrency, and tax.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P2P systems across direct and indirect procurement, including invoicing and cash management.
• Lead design, configuration, implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement/Payables and Zip.
• Partner with Procurement, AP, Accounting, Tax, Treasury to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Drive P2P transformation initiatives: guided buying, modernization, supplier lifecycle.
• Work with integration engineers to design/validate integrations using OpenAI framework and APIs.
• Support global tax requirements and cooperate on accruals and financial close.
• Own and enhance payment processes, bank integrations, and cash management.
• Identify AI-first automation using agents, MCPs, plugins, and internal tools.
• Evaluate native configuration vs integrations; lead testing and deployments.
• Own production support and long-term P2P roadmap to reduce manual effort.
