Shield AI is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to lead the Records to Report (RTR) and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation, bridging Finance and IT to translate business needs into system design.

You will own data migration, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare while guiding change management and user readiness. You will partner with Finance leaders and the CIO organization to align RTR processes with Shield AI's strategy, ensure SOX controls, and manage risks, timelines, and

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience with large ERP systems.
3-5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications experience (GL, SLA, FA, CM, Intercompany, ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, Financial Reporting Studio, OTBI, BI Publisher).
10+ years of experience with financial applications and vendors to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Define and document business processes, data maps, and requirements; specify system designs and data flows.
Perform Oracle Fusion Cloud configuration, project coordination, and data analysis.
Provide first-level end-user and support staff training on Oracle Fusion Cloud and related applications.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system problems with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with O2C, R2R, P2P groups to solve finance-related issues.
