Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a science discipline or Education.
• Valid state teaching certification in Secondary Science.
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in project-based learning and STEM education.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across high school, college, and corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and teach engaging science curriculum (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Earth Science) aligned with state standards and P-TECH pathways.
• Develop and facilitate hands-on, interdisciplinary projects with other STEM educators.
• Partner with higher-education faculty and industry mentors to bring workplace skills and real-world problem-solving into the classroom.
• Foster an inclusive environment and provide feedback to help students succeed in college-level coursework.
• Monitor student performance and adapt instructional strategies to diverse learners.
