Overview

This is a part‑time Financial Project Manager role supporting active client operations for approximately 20 hours per week. The position works standard Redmond Washington business hours and focuses on financial planning, budget management, and cross‑team coordination. The role supports multiple teams and stakeholders and plays a key role in improving budget visibility, tracking, and delivery alignment in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget planning across multiple teams and initiatives
• Track budgets and provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain biweekly budget updates and financial reporting
• Align budget spend to defined deliverables and milestones
• Coordinate and schedule cross‑team meetings and working sessions
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings involving multiple teams and functions
• Support collaboration and communication across project teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and confirm expectations around scope, deliverables, reporting format, cadence, and feedback
• Experience using and adapting project management tools and resources effectively
• Ability to identify and engage relevant stakeholders, assess resource gaps, and surface risks, challenges, and solutions
• Strong capability to implement and promote project management structures such as project plans, prioritization frameworks, status reports, and regular meetings
• Comfort learning quickly and operating effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
• Detail‑oriented, process‑focused, and results‑driven approach
• Strong facilitation skills across multiple management levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation and Benefits
