Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks an experienced P&O Business Partner to partner with Operations leaders, shape the people agenda, and lead talent and organizational health initiatives at our North American factories in Elizabethtown, PA. The role requires strong consulting skills, data-driven insights, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving core Mars programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master/Post Graduate Degree in HR, Business Management, or related field
• At the factories minimum 3 days a week (able to travel and effectively manage regional responsibilities)
• 5+ years of progressive P&O/HR experience
• 3+ years of manufacturing setting experience preferred
• Solid knowledge of US labor regulations and how to apply them to business needs
• Effective in building relationships at all levels
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills with a data-centric approach
• Good business acumen and consulting skills to influence outcomes

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leaders to achieve goals aligned with the people agenda and advocate for associates
• Collaborate with multiple site Leadership Teams using highly functional ways of working
• Drive a talent pipeline and OD interventions to strengthen culture and engagement
• Deliver unit-specific projects to drive change and embed Mars signature people programs
• Establish and achieve short and long-term goals with the P&O Head to drive business success
• Guide and support MyP&O teams to effectively support associates and coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Associate Relations
