Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited school.
• EI pursuing PE license or PE licensed; Arkansas PE preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret technical documents and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, and produces engineering construction drawings for land development.
• Analyze data, prepare cost estimates, and coordinate with agencies.
• Design grading, utilities, and paving for various developments.
• Coordinate with clients and officials; track progress and prepare reports.
