Crafton Tull is seeking a Civil Engineer, EI to plan, design, and produce engineering drawings for residential and commercial land development projects. You will analyze data, prepare cost estimates, and use CAD software to deliver constructible documents.

The role requires a BS in engineering and EI certification, with opportunity for growth within a 100% employee-owned firm. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited school.
• Must be a certified Engineer Intern (EI) or pursuing EI certification.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents; write and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyses preliminary data for project planning and design.
• Calculates cost estimates and feasibility.
• Produces engineering drawings using CAD software.
• Designs grading, utilities, and paving for various developments.
• Coordinates with clients and agencies to obtain approvals and permits.
• Tracks project progress and reports status.
