Qualifications

• Proficient analytical ability to interpret financial data.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Experience in providing training for groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage Caltech's Purchasing Card (P-Card) program governance and compliance.
• Oversee cardholder accounts, transaction monitoring, and training delivery.
• Lead audits, compliance reviews, and corrective action planning.
• Perform reconciliation, journal entries, and reporting of P-Card activities.
• Develop training materials and user guides; support Concur/Oracle processes.
