Job summary

GBC Food Services, LLC in Richardson, TX is seeking an Expense & Card Reconciliation Specialist to own the P-Card and expense reimbursement programs, ensuring timely issuance, accuracy, and policy compliance for field operations, franchisees, Regional Managers and internal departments.

This role serves as the liaison across Finance, IT, operations and franchise relations to monitor workflows, perform monthly reconciliations, approve card usage, and produce routine and ad hoc reports on spending

Qualifications

• Experience in multiunit retail or franchise operations.
• Familiarity with compliance monitoring, fraud detection, or risk mitigation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional processes (IT, Accounting, Operations).
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Proficiency with card management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage issuance of new Purchasing Cards for new stores and removals.
• Maintain cardholder data and internal controls.
• Provide timely support for P-Card inquiries and issue resolution.
• Enforce policy compliance and identify out-of-policy purchases.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of P-Card transactions to the GL.
• Coordinate month-end close with Accounting and provide reports.
• Maintain reconciliation documentation for audits.
