Job summary

GBC Food Services LLC is seeking an Expense & Card Reconciliation Specialist to administer the Purchasing Card program and expense reimbursements end-to-end. You will support field operations, franchisees, and regional managers, ensuring compliant card activity and timely reconciliations.

Responsibilities include issuing and deactivating P-Cards, maintaining data accuracy, and preparing routine and ad hoc reports to control financial exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, compliance, financial operations, or card program administration.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate across IT, Accounting, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Issue and manage P-Card cards for new store openings, takeovers, transfers, and manager appointments.
• Maintain cardholder data accuracy and enforce internal controls.
• Respond to P-Card inquiries and coordinate with franchisees, field ops, and cross-functional teams.
• Enforce policy compliance and escalate out-of-policy purchases or suspicious charges.
• Conduct monthly P-Card reconciliations to the general ledger and prepare reports.
