Job summary

Finys in Troy, MI seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure robust testing of our insurance software. You will conduct tests, document defects, and support the Finys Insurance Suite across policy administration, claims, billing, and reporting modules.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, excellent communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience using AI tools to enhance testing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Background in property and casualty insurance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing (including regression testing) to verify bug fixes, application enhancements, and newly developed applications.
• Create documentation on identified defects.
• Understand all aspects of the Finys Insurance Suite in order to support efficient testing.
