Job summary

Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Director of P&C Operations to lead People & Culture across more than five properties, ensuring consistent HR practices and employee relations excellence.

The role partners with property leaders to advance engagement, talent management, and culture across locations. Based onsite in Seattle, WA, the position collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, L&D, and HRIS to deliver comprehensive P&C services while guiding leadership through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 3+ years supporting multiple locations/properties.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner to property leadership teams.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support across properties.
• Advise on policy interpretation, employee concerns, and performance issues.
• Partner with leaders to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Lead talent management, onboarding, and succession planning across locations.
