Job summary

Brown & Brown in Maitland, FL is seeking a Property & Casualty Marketing Representative to oversee marketing of new business and renewals, maintain data and compliance, and prepare proposals and reports. The role focuses on marketing complex mid-large size accounts and supporting P&C producers to grow the business.

Responsibilities include researching markets, rate comparisons, and maintaining strong relationships with underwriters and brokers.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Motivated, results-driven, and capable of building relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Two-year college degree or 7–12+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of AMS360 and ImageRight is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support P&C and Production staff in obtaining market information and research.
• Prepare high-quality market picks in accordance with procedures to assist P&C producers.
• Gather and analyze quotations and declinations to develop marketing strategies and coverage recommendations.
• Rate new and renewal policies on complex mid-large size accounts and complete applications.
• Market new and renewal accounts according to procedures.
• Prepare proposals for discussion and presentation.
• Maintain internal data and related reports, ensuring compliance.
